Our new neighbors are doing a lot of work on their house (including a new sea wall and retaining wall). While they were in the process of doing their wall we decided that we would do our too. There was no need to tear the yeards up twice. Here is a picture before any block was laid.

This will be really nice. It leveled our yard off nicely and gave us a bigger area by the house to play. Good luck to Mom and Dad to try to keep me and Carter from going down the stairs to the water.
