Dylan had his 2 month appointment today. He is 12 pounds 12 ounces and is 23 inches long. I asked the doctor if we had a little peanut or if we had a linebacker on our hands. It turns out he is in the 75th percentile for both height and weight, which basically means that 75% of boys his age weigh less and are shorter than him and 25% weigh more and are longer. They said right now it looks like we have more of a linebacker on our hands. Things could change very quickly though. I am realizing that by the fact that he changes every single day!
He had to get his shots today, which was sad. He got 2 in each leg. Look at the picture of him with his band aids on his little legs :( It took them about 10 seconds to give him all 4 of them. He screamed for that whole time and then they told me to pick him up. As soon as I picked him up he snuggled up to me and stopped so overall he handled it very well.
So the appointment went very well! He was given a clean bill of health and the doctors said he is a very strong little boy.
On another note, Andy and my Dad are in transit from PA to Omaha. Andy left this morning (June 2nd) about 4:30AM and is driving a 26' truck. My dad had to stay for the closing at 3:00PM so he got on the road after that. So it appears that we will be unloading all of their stuff tomorrow. For those of you interested in seeing pictures of their house, check it out at: zaykoski.blogspot.com
Well, that is about all from here. Weather is supposed to be terrible all week (rain), but it is supposed to be sunny and in the 90s this weekend. Hope everyone is well and we will talk to you soon!
