Above is a bald eagle's nest that is in a tree on the side of the road north of us. I noticed the nest a few months ago and then one day I noticed her head sticking out of it. I am guessing she has little one(s) in there, but we haven't been able to see them yet.
There was an eagle soaring around the lake when we were on the boat a few weeks ago...very cool to see. Below is a family of ducks that came swimming up our cove. Got to love the little, yellow one!
